Hip-hop Artists and Loved Ones Gather Over Kid Cali’s Passing

Well-known Los Angeles rapper Justin Lishey, better known as “Kid Cali”, passed away three days ago at about 9 pm, Saturday August 20th. Police and witnesses reported a tragic shooting incident, which occurred at a Granada Hills pool party, injuring two and taking Cali’s life.

According to friends and party-guests, the young rapper was engaged in a heated argument, after which led to the shooting. Cali was taken to Holy Cross Hospital, where authorities verified his passing at age 30.
