Rising American Swiss Rap-Duo Nefew will release their sophomore album Rise Of The Antihero on 11-28-14. With a few projects already behind them, the group is looking forward to their biggest release to date.
The album's main theme is conquering fear, doubt and the limitations put on us by others, a musical crusade against society's affection with normality and obedience. It breaches sonic boundaries and crosses safety lines, leaving the comfort zone behind while embarking on a journey to an uncertain future; with the typical full-bodied Nefew sound and storytelling lyrics.
Rise Of The Antihero includes guest appearances from BJ The Chicago Kid, Jared Evan, STS Gold, Jason Caesar, John Turrell and many more. Their new video Revenge Of Dolo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wN7ghi7OqZI is available to view now.
Nefew handled all of the production on the project, making it a cehesive concept album with a musical golden thread. Roc Nation's Lenny Santiago has declared, "Nefew is a breath of fresh air for modern day Hip-Hop. Songs with substance, instrumentation, great production and clever lyrics."
