The Last American B-Boy releases track going in on Hot 97

The Last American B-Boy's "Hot 97" is a commentary on the debate surrounding the New York radio station as well as Hip-Hop in general. Like the principled foundation of Public Enemy's Chuck D twitter responses to Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg and Program Director Ebro Darden surrounding Summer Jam and the myriad of issues that Chuck has with the state of radio, The Last American B-Boy has remained presently consistent in his stance on these issues. Fueled by the Chuck D debate as well as Damon Dash and Funkmaster Flex's war of words during the same week, The Last American again raises his own voice on these issues and was prompted by the timing of events to release the track. The Last American B-Boy is here to remind us that "everybody needs a hero…" Please visit https://soundcloud.com/warmedia/the-last-american-b-boy-hot-97 to check out the track now.
