Just after midnight on Monday morning (January 25th), West posted a photo to Twitter of a handwritten track listing for his album Swish…which he has now re-titled to be Waves. “So happy to be finished with the best album of all time,” he tweeted.
While some of the handwriting is a bit difficult to read, the 10 song tracklist does feature a few previously heard tracks. “Real Friends” and “No More Parties In L.A.” will be included on the new album, but their guest features (Ty Dolla $ign and Kendrick Lamar) are not detailed in the photo. The Vic Mensa and Sia partnership, “Wolves” is also included despite being premiered last year at West’s New York Fashion Week debut. The trio then performed the song three days later on Saturday Night Live.
The news surrounding Kanye’s album has been increasing since Travis Scott recently said West is neither sleeping nor eating as he finishes the album. Waves, previously known as Swish, is now set to drop on February 11, leaving only 17 days until it’s available to Yeezy’s fans.
