Prince has expressed his admiration of both Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar despite claiming that it's currently a "bad time for music". Earlier in the week, Prince was asked his opinion on Tame Impala, The Weeknd, and Miguel being influenced by his work. Then, in an interview with Medium, however, he revealed that he is in fact a fan of Lamar's and his most recent album 'To Pimp A Butterfly'. "He just has something to say," said the singer.
