Statik Selektah: The RAPstation Artist Spotlight
Patrick Baril, better known as Statik Selektah, was born January 30, 1982 in Boston. Selektah is a DJ, record producer, and radio personality. In 2003 he created ShowOff Marketing, which has had clients such as Capitol Records, Universal Records, Reebok, G-Unit Records, Diddy’s Vote or Die campaign, and many others. Statik Selektah founded Showoff Records in 2010, as well as forming the hip hop group 1982 with Termanology.
