LL COOL J has announced The F.O.R.C.E. Live, a 24-date arena run co-produced by Rock The Bells and Live Nation Urban. Special guests include DJ Jazzy Jeff, The Roots and LL COOL J's longtime tour DJ, Z-Trip. Salt-n-Pepa, Queen Latifah, Rakim, Common, MC Lyte, Method Man & Redman, Big Boi, Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Ice-T, Juvenile, Doug E. Fresh, Slick Rick, De La Soul, Goodie Mob, Jadakiss and Rick Ross will join the rotating bill in select cities.
The run kicks off on June 25 in Boston, hits the Barclays Center in Brooklyn two days later, then continues to Newark, Toronto, Baltimore and several other key markets. The tour wraps up at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on September 3. Unlike the traditional “opening act—headliner” format, the show will be a non-stop musical mash up with artist performances interwoven within one continuous musical set backed by The Roots.
