From push-backs to setbacks, media leaks and cancellation announcements—fret not Hip-hop fans, French Montana finally releases his much, much-awaited MC4 project.
Montana took to Instagram announcing the good news via short video paying tribute to the late Riot Squad member Chinx. In all caps, “Droping MC4 tonight on iTunes Datpiff Spotify OVOSound,” read the caption. The Bad Boy rapper voiced a more sentimental line on Twitter, “Listening to this Chinx and [Max B] song made me tear up man, miss my Bros... 'was hard for me to do without my Bros but I know God got a plan.”
The album lists fourteen tracks and features a laundry list of guest artists, such as Kanye West, Nas, Miguel, Beanie Sigel, Jadakiss, Max B and Chinx, as well as Drake to name a few, as well as A$AP Rocky on the track “Said N Done” and “Lockjaw” featuring the OVO Music boss, Drake.
As mentioned above, Montana's latest album drop suffered multiple issues, such as the most recent internet leak and unexpected cancellation address. Nevertheless, MC4 is finally here and available for purchase and streams.
MC4 is the fourth installment to French Montana's long-runnin Mac & Cheese series, with the last album being released way back in 2012, making this recent drop a fresh autumn breeze ending an excruciatingly-long summer.
Check yourselves out a healthy serving of Mac & Cheese via Datpiff.
