July 3rd – Lil’ Romeo released his Self-Entitled debut album on No Limit Records, on this day in 2001.

The album produced the hits “The Girlies” and “My Baby.”

Lil Romeo, the son of No Limit founder, MC and legendary entrepreneur Master P, who also produced part of the album, was also joined on his first set by his uncle Silkk The Shocker as well as Lil’ Zane, Afficial, 6 Piece and Little D.
